Portal Rooms

Portal Rooms icon

This sector contains the Portal Rooms, which is the main hub for portal travel anywhere in the universe. All of the technology here is top secret and highly advanced. It is the main way Axion earns revenue through selling materials and resources obtained from different worlds via the portals.

Apart from the main portal, which can be tuned to open a gateway anywhere in the universe, there are several permanent portals that are fixed to specific locations for frequent travel and resource transport.

If a planet is deemed suitable for resource extraction or colonization, a permanent portal may be established to facilitate regular travel and transport of materials.

Opening a portal to a new location requires careful calibration and authorization from senior researchers. Have security staff ready in case of emergencies.

Power Services

Power Services icon
This sector is where the main power source for the whole facility is located. It houses a huge fusion reactor that generates the necessary energy for all operations within the facility. The fusion reactor is heavily guarded and monitored at all times to prevent any accidents or unauthorized access. Maintenance of the reactor requires specialized personnel and strict adherence to safety protocols.

The fusion reactor is the lifeblood of the facility, and any disruption in its operation could have catastrophic consequences. Only authorized personnel are allowed near the reactor, and all activities are closely monitored. With the reactor down, only the bare minimum is supplied with power using backup generators.

Research

Research icon

Main research activities are done in this sector, focusing on new cybernetic technologies, harvesting magic energy into usable forms, and experimenting with advanced materials and energy sources.

Only the most prestigious and highly qualified researchers are allowed to conduct experiments in this sector, a minimum of university-level professor or equivalent experience is required.

Employees here mostly decide on research on their own, and design their experiments independently, within the boundaries set by the facility’s safety protocols.

Researchers are expected to maintain detailed logs of their experiments and report any anomalies or unexpected results to A1
