Level 3 clearance grants access to heavy containment areas and it is the home of the security department.

Heavy Containment

Heavy containment is where the most dangerous entities are kept, you will find most C class and M class entities here. Entities contained here require constant monitoring and interaction from personel, many creatures require special containment measures to ensure the safety of personnel and the facility.

A lot of creatures need to be kept fed, and some require special environmental conditions in their cells, such as temperature, humidity, or lighting. Some entities also require regular medical attention and care. All of this is provided by level 3 caretakersThis is position Nagi is in (This is position Nagi is in).

It is important to keep the entities happy and healthy, as many of them are highly intelligent and can become aggressive or treat the staff as food. Incase this happens, the security department is on standby to assist. Although if the risk is too high, Axion may let the creature keep the staff member as food, as it is not worth the risk of losing more personnel.

Security

This is where the main security department is located, they are responsible for the safety of the facility and its personnel. They monitor all sectors and respond to any security breaches or incidents.

While every level has its own security personnel, the main department is located on level 3, it functions as the central hub for all security operations, stores most of the security equipment, and is where all security personnel are trained. The security department also has a direct line of communication with the monitoring sector on level 2 and A1, the main overseer of the facility. This allows them to quickly respond to any incidents or emergencies that may arise.
